What is the Welcome Advisor role?
As our dealership expands, we require more talent to meet
our growing needs. This role is to
provide a highly professional, friendly, and outstanding service to our
customers. You will be a visible presence on the dealership floor, delivering a
more personal customer experience.

We are looking for you! A person who is passionate about
customer service, who strives to demonstrate a high standard of service in
every customer dealing and a person who understands core values. This role is
perfect for someone with good communication skills and an ability to work
effectively as part of a high performing team. This is a parttime weekend role and you will
be required to work Saturdays & Sundays.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1
year recent customer service experience demonstrating a high standard of
service in every customer interaction
- Good
communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work optimally
as part of a hard-working team
- Self-motivated
with the vital drive to achieve agreed goals
- You
will have a proven curiosity about technology, and be an early adaptor of
new technologies, on desktop, mobile and tablet platforms
