My car failed the NCT on 1s time due to headlight alignment which i got adjusted from a local garage for a small fee. kylemore cars reimbursed the costs incurred for the NCT tests and garage fee for light adjustment. “We booked a test-drive. After personal welcome video from sales manager with words "I'll make the car ready for you" I was so excited that even sent a message that we are late for 10 min because of traffic. When we came 1) we never met that sales manager 2) the guy who talked with us was dealing with 4 other clients at the same time 3) the battery of the car we came specifically to try was dead 4) (not so important but still) there is no kids corner in such big sales center so our 2,5 boy was very "happy" about all waiting. I used to buy cars in 3 different countries including Ireland and this experience was the worst.”
